Hands Off! National Mobilization to Fight Back: JOIN A HANDS OFF! RALLY NEAR YOU ON APRIL 5TH
On Saturday, April 5, LWV is joining national partners for Hands Off!, a mobilization in response to the current administration’s attacks on our democracy, basic rights, and overreach of power. Events are being held all across the country.
Participate in this demonstration to support democracy and to carry signs that focus on issues, not individuals.
Whether you’re mobilized by the attacks on our democracy, our services, our communities, or our economy—this moment is for you.
A core principle behind all Hands Off! events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
